We are a team of qualified, experienced and dedicated Beauty Therapists, Nail Technicians & Makeup Artists, committed to providing you exceptional service.

From the age of 16 I had a keen interest in make up and beauty which lead to mum buying my sister and I our first wax pot and a set of make up brushes to practise with. Straight after high school, I completed my diploma of beauty therapy and landed my first full time job in a Day Spa in 2009. During my time there our team of 8 girls won the “people’s choice” and “best personal health and hygiene” awards two years running. In 2013 I then gained my lash technician qualification, performing eyelash extensions is a very tedious job but I always love the finish look.

After 6 years of beauty in Australia,  I went travelling overseas for a while but still worked part time in beauty when I would come home between stints. I then went on to work in the famous Fairmont Chateau Day Spa in Lake Louise, Canada for a season and when my Canadian visa finished I went home to Australia to manage a Day Spa at Mt Hotham ski resort for the winter.

I have always enjoy learning new trends/ services in the industry and working with great products. Although I love performing all beauty services, eyelash extensions, brows and lash lifts is something I definitely specialise more in now.

In October 2018 I moved to Queenstown with my partner from Victoria, Australia. When I’m not working you’ll find me out hiking and on the lake in the summer and snowboarding in the winter months!

Beauty therapy and makeup has always been a passion of mine since high school. I absolutely love making my clients feel amazing about themselves every time they leave the salon. Doing nails, makeup and waxing are the treatments I enjoy the most, and I'm always work hard to keep up to date with beauty trends and treatments. I loving meeting new people and this is why I'm so passionate about my job and this industry.

I'm a born and bred Southland girl, growing up in a little city called Invercargill. I gained my diploma in beauty therapy at Southern Institute of technology. I moved to Queenstown in 2017 and spent my first 12 months here working at an NZ award winning salon in Arrowtown.

When I'm outside of work you will find me learning about new makeup products & techniques, exploring the beautiful outdoors Queenstown has to offer, and catching up with my friends and family!

I grew up in the beauty industry with my Mother owning her own salon in Brazil, at 13 years old I discovered my love for nails and spent my spare time doing all of my friends nails. In 2010 I got my first qualification for as a Nail Technician and Makeup Artist in Brazil and have worked in the beauty industry ever since.

I moved to New Zealand with my husband in 2015 with our son, who was 1 year old at the time. We chose this country and specifically Queenstown because of its tranquility, beauty, and safety for our son to grow up happy and healthy. I have continued to work in the beauty industry since living in New Zealand and love getting to be creative in my job, I get so much satisfaction in knowing my clients leave the salon happy.

I place a lot of importance on continuing to keep up to date with the innovations in the beauty industry, and am always training to be able to provide my clients with new nail styles and designs.  In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my family, gathering with friends for a barbecue and listening to music. I love camping, fishing and traveling around this fascinating country I now call home.

After wanting to further my passion in Make up Artistry I left my home town Dunedin in 2016 and moved up to Wellington to pursue studies in Makeup Artistry at Weltec, from there I moved to my first job in the industry at Estée Lauder and gained a wealth of knowledge on makeup, skincare and health. After my time was up in the North island I moved back down south to Cromwell with my partner and have been working at a beauty therapy clinic, while there I gained the skill of nail art as a manicurist while continuing to do makeup.

Among many reasons the two most important aspects of why I love the industry I am in is 1. You are forever learning new tricks of the trade! It's an ever growing industry with new specialties and techniques and that gives me such drive and motivation to better my skills everyday. And 2. Is the fulfilling feeling of satisfying a client and making them feel the best they can with any service you perform, I'm very much a people person and this alone is enough of a reason to love my job.

In my spare time I love socialising with friends, enjoy going for walks admiring our awesome scenery and I don't mind having a wine either! I always appreciate living in such a beautiful part of New Zealand and try not to take it for granted and enjoy our great backyard.

With a background in business, marketing & events, gaining my makeup artistry qualification from The Makeup School in Ponsonby, Auckland back in 2014 was at the time more of a personal achievement rather than a career driven one. I was still living in my home city, Auckland and working in the corporate industry, doing makeup for school balls and weddings on the weekends was a creative outlet that I loved, but at the time couldn't see how I'd ever be able to walk away from corporate life.

All that changed when my husband and I decided to move to Queenstown in 2015, within 6 months of living here I'd gone from doing makeup on the weekends to doing makeup for weddings everyday of the week, and so EVE Makeup Artistry was born.

When I first arrived in Queenstown there were two things I noticed about beauty, there was no where to buy makeup and most of the salons & spas were very tourist focused. I've spent the last 3 years focusing on growing my business & team as makeup artists, so opening this salon and now being offer a wider range of treatments, services and products to Queenstown locals is a real dream come true for me.  During this time I have also gained my Lash & Brow Technician qualification from Nouveau Lashes.

When I'm not doing makeup, I'm learning about new products & makeup techniques, along with keeping up to date with the latest fashion and beauty trends. When I'm away from my desk you'd find me out 4WDing, camping and hiking with my husband Ben and our dog Yuki during the summer months. During the winter you'll find me on the mountain snowboarding or ski-touring.

I studied beauty therapy at the National School of Aesthetics a few years back in my home town Christchurch! I have since then been in office administration, social media and marketing for 7 years! I am such a people person, love meeting new people from all walks of life! I absolutely love making people smile and laugh, as I truly think it's the best form of medicine! I have my own blogging platform in which I have been posting away on for 3 years now and just love how the internet can bring people from all around the world together!

I moved to Queenstown in April 2018 to finally come and live with my gorgeous man! I am absolutely loving it here, who wouldn't.. you get to look out your window at the mountains every day, stop it!

In my spare time you will find me at KFC.. kidding! You will find me out and about, going on random car drives with my other half listening to old school beats, sitting at the water front eating Ferg Burger or simply.. on the couch watching love island!
