WEDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS.

By engaging with EVE Beauty LTD for wedding services you are agreeing to the below terms. If you have any questions please contact us at hello@evebeauty.co.nz - we are always happy to help.

Deposits:
50% of the total invoice is required to secure the booking. The deposit is nonrefundable if booking is cancelled by the client.

Payment:
The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the wedding date.

Cancellations:
If booking is cancelled within 60 days of service date 80% of the outstanding amount will be charged.

Booking Changes:
Once booking is confirmed & contract signed, makeup numbers can be decreased by x1 with no additional charge. Additional decreases within 30 days of the service date will be charged at 50% of total cost. Exceptions to this rule will be at the discretion of EVE Beauty Ltd only.

Requests to increase total numbers will all be accommodated where possible, but will be subject to availability.

Staff Changes:
In the rare event of your booked makeup artist is no longer being available (severe illness, resignation, maternity leave etc.) We will do our absolute best to inform you as soon as possible and insure we do everything within our power to provide you with a makeup artist for your day.

Contraindications:
It is each individual's responsibility to disclose to your makeup artist any known products/ingredients you are allergic to. EVE Beauty Ltd only uses the highest quality & genuine products. All products are turned over within their recommend shelf life period. All tools are sterilised between each client. EVE Beauty Ltd is in no way legally liable for any allergic reactions to products used on those within this booking group.

Force Majeure:
Event of Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of us and you, which prevents us from completing our obligations under this contract, including but not limited to: an act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, car accidents, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods).

During the winter season Queenstown can have some extreme weather, which can result in road closures. We will always do our best to get to you safely & on time, however if the weather and roads cause any delays we will always stay in close contact with you in the days leading up to your booking date.

If your photoshoot/elopement helicopter is cancelled due to bad weather within 18 hours before your booking we will do our best to reschedule your makeup appointment, subject to availability at no additional cost.

Makeup pricing includes false lashes

Saturday bookings with a mobile service require a minimum group of 3. Smaller groups are welcome to come in salon.

A minimum group of 3 is required for a mobile service to Wanaka, Lake Hawea, Cromwell, Kingston & Glenorchy.

Makeup takes approx 1 hour per person

If makeup is required to start before 7.30am please note it’s an additional $50 per 30 mins.

These prices are valid until 31st Dec 2019, if you are enquiring about a date after this time please note prices will be subject to change.
